Selmaville CCSD #10 is currently looking for a seasoned bookkeeper. Duties include, but are not limited to payroll, accounting, financial reports to the board of education and State of Illinois, record keeping, TRS reporting, process state and federal tax returns, state and federal grant funds, and management of student and financial software applications.
Strong knowledge and experience in accounting, with a preference given to candidates with school fund accounting experience. Knowledge/experience with computers, accounting/financial software, and strong background using Excel. Knowledge of SDS and TeacherEase/Common Goal Financial Software packages preferred. Prior school/Board of Education experience is preferred.

Hours: 7:30 am- 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
